PED 4111 - Clinical Experiences in Sports Medicine

Credits: 1 hr

Ths course will provide supervised clinical experiences in the application of Athletic Training techniques.  This course allows the students to gain practical experience with a National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board Certified Athletic Trainer.  Students will be required to complete a minimum of 150 hours each of the three semesters. 

This course is to be taken concurrently with PED 3310  Prevention & Care of Athletic Injuries, PED 3323  Rehabiltation of Athletic Injuries, PED 2102  Basic Athletic Training and Taping Clinical Lab.
