It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Winston Salem State University. WSSU is a multi-hub, comprehensive institution offering a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs. This university presents distinctive opportunities and exceptional academic programs for prospective, entering and returning graduate students. The School of Graduate Studies and Research works collaboratively with the Faculty Senate Graduate Council and academic departments to develop, maintain, and administer policies and procedures for all graduate programs. The university currently offers career-oriented graduate programs in the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business and Economics, the School of Education and Human Performance, and the School of Health Sciences.
