CHI 2311 - Intermediate Chinese I

Credits: 3 hrs
This course continues to develop the fundamental language skills in Mandarin Chinese: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course presupposes a basic knowledge of pinyin, Chinese characters, words, sentences, and grammar. The use of the language lab will be an integral part of this course. (Four periods per week.) Prerequisite(s): Chinese 1312 or assignment by placement examination.
