MUS 3340 - Non-Western Music

Credits: 3 hrs
The primary focus of this course will be a study of the various musics of the world and how culture, religion and language impact music making.  A study of musical instruments from Non-Western cultures will also be included in the course.  (approved by ASCC 2006)
