BIO 4356 - Economic BotanyCredits: 3 hrs This course is designed to portray botany in the service of humanity as a basis for the supply of food, shelter, clothing, medicine, and many other basic needs. There will also be studies concerned with the improvement, multiplication and culture of useful plants. (Two one-hour lectures and one two-hour laboratory period per week.) Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C-” or better in BIO 2302 or BIO 2316.
