CHI 1318 - Introduction to China in the WorldCredits: 3 hrs CHI 1318 is an introductory course on the general history of China and its engagement with the rest of the world. In addition, students will learn about the linguistic features of the Sino-Tibetan language family spoken in China and surrounding communities, and how the youth in China use the language to engage the outside world through social media.
