MSC 4308 - Leadership in a Complex World (MSL 402) Credits: 3 hrs. Continuation of MSC 4207 with emphasis on the transition from Cadet to Officer. This course explores the dynamics of leading in the complex situations of current military operations in the Contemporary Operating Environment (COE). Cadets examine differences in customs and courtesies, military law, principles of war, and Rules of Engagement (ROE) in the face of international terrorism. They also explore aspects of interacting with non-government organizations, civilians on the battlefield, and host nation support. ). Note(s): MSC 1201 through 4307 (or equivalent credit as determined by the Professor of Military Science). Pre-requisite(s): MSC 2121.
