MHA 6358 - MHA Independent Study

Credits: 3 hrs

This elective course offers students the opportunity to conduct independent quantitative and/or qualitative research in support of health equity and related to one or more of the following domains - Leadership, Communication and Relationship Management, Professionalism, Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment, and Business Skills. An approved research scope will serve as the student’s guide for completion of a research project. After completion and submittal of a research paper, students will make a formal presentation of their findings and conclusions. Prerequisite(s): MHA 6405 , MHA 6330 , MHA 6337 or explicit faculty approval.
