DPT 6325 - Pharmacology for PT: Clinical Application Credits: 3 hrs In this course students will explore the updated most commonly used pharmacological agents seen in physical therapy practice. Students will learn the basic principles of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. The purpose, action and side effects of the medications used to manage disorders including cardiac, pulmonary, neurologic, endocrine, and other disorders will be presented. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
