CHE 1313 - General Chemistry I Credits: 3 hrs This course introduces students to the elementary principles of chemistry, including dimensional analysis, atomic structure and theory, the periodic table, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, thermochemistry, chemical bonding, and molecular structure. Emphasis is placed on the development of critical thinking skills and problem solving techniques.
