CHE 3346 - Biochemistry I Credits: 3 hrs This course will provide a practical treatise of fundamental biochemistry concepts. Emphasis will be placed on the study of protein, carbohydrate, and lipid structures as related to their functional behavior. The study of enzyme kinetics and mechanisms of action will also be related to enzyme regulation in metabolism.
