HCM 3306 - Population Health Credits: 3 SH This course is designed to help students identify regional and rural health care problems, needs, related health care delivery systems, and agencies. It is coordinated with several health care and social disciplines in mind to gain a comprehensive and interdisciplinary understanding of the needs, services, electronic and outreach resources, and referral mechanisms. Consideration is given to the economic, cultural, and psychosocial impact of health issues and services on individuals and families. Student Learning Outcome: SLO Critical Thinking
