IDS 4370 - Research in Interdisciplinary Studies Credits: 3 hrs In this course students will be engaged in one or more models of interdisciplinary research and in assessment of learning gained from courses already taken in the Interdisciplinary Studies program. They will further apply their learning by developing a contract with the instructor to conduct research in an area of study applicable to their interests. The course will use “Blackboard,” independent study contract, and media necessary to present student research findings. Pre-requisite(s): Completion of 60 credits and a minimum of 24 semester hours in courses approved for the Interdisciplinary Studies major, or permission of the Director of Interdisciplinary Studies.
