RHS 2310 - Practical Communication and Interviewing Techniques Credits: 3 hrs The purpose of this course is to introduce basic verbal and nonverbal communication skills and professional behavior that is important in the rehabilitation setting. Students will learn the potential impact of effective communication with clients/patients, families, and other rehabilitation/health care professionals, as well as develop sensitivity to diversity within effective communication.
