FIN 4330 - Estate Planning Credits: 3hrs. In this course, students will learn how to interview clients to ascertain their current financial situation in order to minimize issues related to taxation, property transfer and charitable giving after death. Students will learn how to interpret documents and implement strategies to accomplish these goals. Pre-requisite(s): ACC 3314, FIN 3357 or FIN 3351
