ENG 3309 - The Post-Colonial Novel Credits: 3 hrs This course will focus on major novels by a number of important writers from former European colonies in Africa, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and India. Students will also study texts and films that provide historical background on colonialism and an introduction to postcolonial theory.
