NUR 6328 - Curriculum Development Credits: 3 This course is designed to introduce students to the components of educational program processes. Class and contemporary philosophies, theories and research on the development of nursing education programs will be analyzed. Principles of program design, development of a teaching syllabi, assessment of nursing education and staff development are the key concepts of this course. The course will address he development of cost-effective programs and the needs of multicultural learner environements.
