DPT 6210 - Basic Skills

This course emphasizes the cognitive knowledge underpinning basic, physical therapy clinical evaluation and intervention techniques required for clinical practice. These skills are used throughout physical therapy practice during patient/client evaluations and management. An emphasis is placed on selection and use of appropriate techniques, with a focus on patient safety. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance to Physical Therapy Program
