MGT 6321 - Organizational Behavior

This course focuses on understanding current managerial approaches, models, and methods for influencing individuals and groups. This course provides a learning environment where managerial strengths and developmental needs are assessed in order to improve managerial effectiveness with respect to influencing behavior with the organization.
