EXS 3306 - Epidemiology for Public Health Practice
Credits: 3 hrsThis course introduces students the basic principles, concepts, methods, and measures of public health epidemiology. Students will learn the biological, sociocultural and environmental factors associated with the distrubution of health and disease; causality; study design; disease surveillance and outbreak investigations; and policy implications that arise from epidemiologic research.
