BLA 2325 - Business Law I Credits: 3 hrs This course provides a broad analysis of the legal constraints and restraints placed on business. Emphasis is placed on the nature and function of legal rules; the courts and attendant legal processes, including judicial lawmaking; lawmaking by legislatures; governmental regulation and control of business; the role and influence of various specific administrative agencies; and, recognizing and managing ethical dilemmas.
