PED 2119 - At Home Fitness Credits: 1 This course is designed to improve students’ muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacities through a variety of strength and conditioning practices and methods. This course will privilege a bodyweight approach to fitness, introducing students to a wide variety of training methods that do not require access to a fitness facility.
