MGT 2321 - Principles of Management Credits: 3 hrs This course is a study of the principal terminology, theories and research pertaining to the major activities of managers. Topics include control, decision-making, organization theory, and the application of behavioral science knowledge to management. The latter two topics are major emphases in the course.
