Philosophy Minor

The minor in philosophy requires a minimum of 18 semester hours. Students must earn at least a C in all philosophy courses. Additional courses can be taken in consultation with an advisor.

 

  1. PHI 2301/Introduction to philosophy
  2. PHI 2303/Introduction to Logic
  3. PHI 3310/History of philosophy
  4. PHI 3315/Philosophy of Religion or PHI 3305/Ethical Theory
  5. PHI 3320/Political Philosophy or PHI 3302/Philosophy of Science

     

PHI 2301/Introduction to Philosophy PHI 2301 is a prerequisite for all 3000 or above level philosophy courses.

Total Hours: 18 Semester Hours (6 3-credit courses)
