The economics minor is designed for non-business majors and business majors who wish to develop a broad-based understanding of economics without pursuing an economics major. It is especially relevant to non-business students who want the rigor of an economics curriculum without taking other business courses, such as those who are planning to start a small business.
The minor requires a minimum of 18 SH of specified courses with grades of “C-” or better in all of those courses

ECO 2311 – Principles of Microeconomics
ECO 2312 – Principles of Macroeconomics
ECO – Any 3000- or 4000-level ECO course
ECO – Any 3000- or 4000-level ECO course
ECO 4xxx – Any 4000-level ECO course
Any 3000- or 4000-level ECO, FIN, or QBA course
