Eligibility
To be eligible for this program, the potential student should, by the end of the first semester of his/her junior year:
- Have achieved a GPA of at least 3.0 overall Phyiscal Education courses; and
- Complete an application for pre-admissions to the EPP program (interview, Essay, and References)
Have earned credit for (including courses received through placement or transfer) at least 75 hours of coursework applicable to the undergraduate BS in Physcial Education-Teaching Concentration

First semester of junior year-meet with the HPE Program Coordinator before mid-semester to receive advising about the early-entry program.
Second semster of junior year -complete and submit early-entry application for graduate study in HPE MAT
Notifcation of acceptance will be made before the start of the senior year.
Senior year-enroll in MAT substitute courses.
At the end of senior year, successfully complete the requirements for a S.S. degree in Physcial Education with at least 9 hours of MAT course work which will be applied to the MAT degree program.
