ECO 3320 - Global Economic Systems

Credits: 3 hrs
The purpose of this course is to discuss the differences and similarities between various economic systems in which businesses operate. The course will compare several variants of capitalist and socialist systems and discuss the recent events that have changed the world. These topics will be analyzed in the context of country case studies. The course will address the problems of economic growth, development standard of living, as well as and business cultures in those countries. Most issues covered in class will be related to current economic and political events. Prerequisite(s): ECO 2311 and ECO 2312.
