JUS 3361 - Juvenile Justice Credits: 3 hrs This course will introduce students to the history, organization and philosophy of the juvenile justice system. It will also explore the legal rights of juveniles and the manner in which juvenile crimes are punished and treated. Students will examine the classifications of juvenile offenders, alternative explanations for juvenile misconduct, juvenile courts, and juvenile correction systems. Pre-requisite(s): JUS 2301
