JUS 3382 - Class, Race, Gender & Justice Credits: 3 hrs The course will examine the intersections of class, race, and gender as means of helping the student understand the problems of crime, punishment and justice. It will explore legal, cultural, and theoretical issues that affect how individuals, communities, and systems conceptualize justice based on the social classifications of people. Various theories of the relationships between or among class, race, gender, and justice, will be examined.
