MGT 3322 - Organizational Behavior Credits: 3 hrs This course is a study of individual and group behavior within an organization. It strives to identify ways in which employees can perform more effectively. Issues such as fundamentals of organizational behavior, motivation and reward systems, leadership and empowerment, interpersonal and personal behavior, group dynamics, managing change, managing conflict, international organizational behavior, and managing workforce diversity are analyzed.
