MGT 4399 - Strategic Management Credits: 3 hrs This is a course in policy formation and policy implementation that integrates the separate functional areas of business expertise. The strategic management process is used as a framework. Key topics covered are organizational vision and mission, environmental analysis, and the processes of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation and control. Through the use of case studies, companies and not-for-profit organizations are studied, and recommendations made for future direction.
