HED 2320 - Stress Management & Mindful Living Credits: 3 hrs This course will introduce the practice of mindfulness and teach skills, including meditation and other life skills, that promote well-being and stress management. Students will learn about mindfulness, practice mindfulness exercises and participate in various mindfulness-promoting activities in and out of the classroom.
