CSC 1306 - The Computer and its Use I Credits: 3 hrs. This course provides an introduction to the use of digital computers, applications software, and computer ethics. This course also provides exposure to information creation, location, evaluation and interpretation. Laboratory sessions include extensive hands-on experience using word processing, database, spreadsheet, and other information resources in various fields of study. Note(s): Laboratory work required.
