PHY 1321 - College Physics I Credits: 3 hrs First semester of a two semester algebra-based introductory sequence in physics. Introduction to the fundamental principles of natural phenomena. Topics include mechanics, properties of matter, wave motion, and heat. Knowledge of basic algebra and trigonometry is needed.
Periods Per week: Three one-hour lecture periods per week.
