Learning Goals
The learning goals of the Human Resources Minor are to produce graduates who understand:
- Current and emerging organizational concepts, functions and roles of Human Resource professionals across a variety of environmental and cultural settings.
- Theories, models and tools relevant to Human Resource Management.
- The way in which Human Resource policies contribute to and detract from the successful execution of organizational strategy.
- The regulatory framework for the practice of Human Resource Management.
