Management Minor

The minor in Management exposes students from business and non-business majors to a broad overview of various theoretical and applied perspectives in the field of management. Students are introduced to a managerial tools, applications, and techniques to manage employees and other stakeholders in a professional and productive manner.

The program of study for a minor in Management consists of a minimum of 18 semester hours. Students must earn a grade of “C-” for all 18 semester hours. Students are required to a maintain an overall 2.0 GPA to graduate with a minor in Management.

Below are list of required courses:

MGT 2321 - Principles of Management Credits: 3 hrs
MGT 3322 - Organizational Behavior Credits: 3 hrs
MGT 4348 - Human Resource Management and Employment Law Credits: 3 hrs

Students may choose any combination of three courses frm the following list to satisfy the remaining nine credit hours.
